Classes @ Soho House take place 2 times per month, on Thursdays or Fridays at 7:30 PM. Most sessions are recorded and uploaded to KUNDALINI TRIBE APP for you to practice at your own convenience.
Classes at Faena happen during New Moon @ 7 PM
31 daily practices per month, at Amrit Vela time before sunrise via Zoom. 5:45 AM everyday for 1.5 hours on weekdays, and 8 AM on Saturdays.
